The day after Hurricane Matthew blew through Central Florida, scaring the general populace nearly to death, we opened our doors for the first time.
To say we were humbled by the outpouring of support is an understatement. Our kitchen wasn’t ready, our brewery was still being built out, but we had 24 taps of some of Florida’s finest craft beers and a bunch of people who were thrilled we’d finally opened.
